Newly renovated residential buildings at the center of Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn is now accepting applications for affordable housing lottery. Designed by Midtown East-based Michael Avramids, the buildings are located at 83-85 Stanhope Street in prime Bushwick. Stanhope Estate is expected to receive a Tax Exemption through the 421a Tax Incentive program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
Located in the central Bushwick, Stanhope Estate offers all convenience for entertainment and living . With strong art scene, Bushwick neighborhood is bringing in new vibes with trendy restaurants and music, and has been documented by cutting-edge artists. The buildings feature high ceilings, hardwood floor as well as modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room, furnished backyards and rooftop with breathtaking view of the neighborhood are also included in the buildings. Walking distance to M, J, Z trains provide more convenience to the residents.
Stanhope Estates is offering 5 units of one-bedroom for the lottery, with the asking rent of $1,899 per month. Applicants earning between $65,109 and $124,930 are all welcome to apply through May22. 2019.
Individuals and households who meet the income and household requirements listed in the above chart are welcome to apply. Qualified applicants will be required to meet additional selection criteria. Applicants who live in NYC will be given a general preference for the apartments.
