Developer(s) of 2406 Hoffman Street Apartments filed plans to build a 17,694-spare-foot building back in May of 2015 reports The Real Deal. Designed by architect Beyer Blinder Belle Architects 2406 Hoffman Street will stand 6-stories above the ground and hold a total of 10 units. Owner AB Capstone is expected to receive a Tax Exemption through the 421a Tax Incentive program of the New York City Department of Preservation and Development for the building. Therefore, 2406 Hoffman Street Apartments have assigned 3 units to the affordable housing lottery of New York City.

2406 Hoffman Street has assigned 3 two-bedroom units to affordable housing rentals. The rent for the units will be $2,100 per month. Applicants earning between $72,000 and $146,510 annually are welcome to apply through April 24th, 2019. 2406 Hoffman Street will offer its residents a wide variety of amenities such as an on-site laundry room, shared terraces and Wi-Fi in public areas.
