Mott Haven affordable housing just north of Port Morris are now available through the Affordable Housing Lottery.

On September 13, 2018, a new Mott Haven affordable housing lottery launched at 764 East 152nd St. Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before October 4, 2018.

This brand new 24-unit,  7-floor multifamily residential building offers on-site management, a recreational room, laundry and bike storage. In addition, it is just a block away from the 2 and 5 trains at Jackson Avenue. Furthermore, residents have quick access to surrounding tennis courts at the John Adams Houses, playground and Mary’s Park.
