New Affordable Housing Lottery in Bushwick: 115 Stanwix St

On September 12, 2018, a new Bushwick affordable housing lottery for units at 115 Stanwix St launced.

Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before November 12, 2018.

According to the plans with the NYC Department of Buildings, there are 95 apartments with a total of 6 stories in this building. The building will offer 41 affordable units for households earning between 80 and 130 percent of area median income. In addition to a modern tricolor exterior design, the building includes many amenities. The massive building will include a laundry center, gym, resident lounge, business space, and even a theater room.
