New Affordable Housing Lottery in Crown Heights: 24 Ford St

A new Crown Heights affordable housing lottery launched at 24 Ford St.

Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before September 10, 2018.

The project includes 49 total apartments. Ten new affordable housing units are available. This brand new seven-story complex includes studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom affordable units. Above all, rent amounts are between $938 per month for a studio to $1,223 per month for a 2-bedroom for the affordable units. In addition, the development includes outdoor space and other amenities.

Eligible applicants for the affordable units must meet 60% AMI income requirements, which range from $32,160 to $62,580 for households of one to four.
