The new luxurious 409 Eastern Parkway building in Crown Heights, Brooklyn is now accepting affordable housing lottery applications. The building is being developed through the Inclusionary Housing Program and it is anticipated to receive a Tax Exemption through the 421a Tax Incentive Program of New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Therefore, 409 Eastern Parkway has assigned 56 units out of 186 to the affordable housing lottery. Architects Issac & Stern Architects and developer Adam America took the meaning of luxurious to a whole new level with 409 Eastern Parkway by devoting 3 floors to amenities. The landscaped rooftop of 409 Eastern Parkway will offer breath-taking views of the Manhattan skyline.

The affordable housing units will range from studios to two-bedroom units. The rent for the mix-income affordable units will range between $1,168 per month for a studio and $2,759 for a two-bedroom unit. Qualifying New Yorkers may apply through June 25th, 2019.

409 Eastern Parkway will offer its residents a wide variety of top of the line amenities like a business lounge, game room, pet spa roof deck and much more.

Households and individuals who meet the income and household requirements listed in the above chart are welcome to apply. Qualified applicants will be required to meet an additional selection of criteria. Applicants who live in NYC will be given a general preference for the units.
