New Affordable Housing Lottery in Greenpoint: 216 Freeman St

On September 11, 2018, a new Greenpoint affordable housing lottery launched for units at 216 Freeman St.

Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before October 2, 2018.

According to the plans with the Department of Buildings, there are 30 units with a total of 6 stories in this building. The building will offer 9 affordable units for households earning between 130 percent of area median income. In addition to a modern tricolor exterior design, the building comes with many amenities. The building will include an elevator, on-site parking, laundry room, bike room and balconies. Above all, one bedrooms are $2,544 per month and two-bedrooms are $3,050 per month.
