Greenpoint’s Newest Affordable Housing Lottery at 44 Kent St

On September 6, 2018, a new Greenpoint affordable housing lottery launched at 44 Kent St.

Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before September 27, 2018.

Thirteen Affordable Housing units at 44 Kent Street in Greenpoint are now available.  Nooklyn, describes this 44 Kent Street location on the Greenpoint Waterfront as steps away from the Greenpoint Ferry Terminal, which is less than 20 minutes to Manhattan.

44 Kent street, a luxury new development with 42 units is close to all local Greenpoint and Williamsburg attractions. Many units include outdoor space and city views. Furthermore, the building offers a lounge, fitness center, laundry room, furnished rook deck, and elevator.

The prices of affordable units range from $2,023 per month for studios up to $2,612 per month for 2-bedrooms.
