This building will offer new affordable housing lottery in May, which aims to improve residents’s quality of life, and promote local business growth. 141 Utica Avenue is expected to receive a Tax Exemption through the 421a Tax Incentive program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

141 Utica Avenue Apartments has assigned 5 newly constructed units to the lottery. The affordable housing units will be 1 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom, with rent of $2,082 per month for the two-bedroom and $2,200 per month for the three-bedroom. Applicants earnings between $71,383 and $172,120 annually are welcome to apply through May 22, 2019.

Individuals and households who meet the income and household requirements listed in the above chart are welcome to apply. Qualified applicants will be required to meet additional selection criteria. Applicants who live in NYC will be given a general preference for the apartments.
