A development by Comunlife and the Woodhull Residence at 179 Throop Avenue is now available. On August 16, 2018, this Bedford Stuyvesant affordable housing lottery launched. Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before October 16, 2018.
This building contains 89 studio units total. There are 35 studio units available for the lottery with monthly rent at $746 and $903. Applicants with household size of 1 person with incomes between $27,463-$43,860 are eligible to apply.
