New Affordable Housing Lottery in Bushwick

The newly constructed development at 744 Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn will now be offering affordable housing rentals. 744 Bushwick Avenue is anticipated to receive a Tax Exemption through the 421a Tax Incentive program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Therefore, the building will assign 30% of its units to the affordable housing lottery.

744 Bushwick is offering 3 units to affordable housing rentals. The unit layouts will be two one-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit. The asking rent for the units is $1,154 per month for the one-bedroom units and $1,500 for the three-bedroom unit. Families and individuals earning between $39,566 and $72,600 are all welcome to apply through May 7th, 2019.
