New Affordable Housing Lottery in Crown Heights: 1520 Prospect Pl

Weeksville, which neighbors Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brownsville, and Crown Heights, will soon welcome another affordable housing lottery in the area. On September 17, 2018, a new Crown Heights affordable housing lottery launched at 1520 Prospect Pl. Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before October 9, 2018.

This new 10-unit, 4-floor and penthouse building will offer 3 affordable units to households of 1 and 2 persons. Amenities include bike storage, roof access and on site coin operated laundry. In addition, the floor schedule also indicates some outdoor recreation space. The apartments are at a great location with close access to 2, 3, 4, A and C lines.
