New Affordable Housing Lottery in Kingsbridge: 2700 Jerome Ave

An amazing new affordable housing lottery opens tomorrow! On September 15, 2018, a new Kingsbridge affordable housing lottery will launch at 2700 Jerome Ave. Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before November 16, 2018.

This massive 13 story building will provide 95 affordable units. Amenities include 24-hour attended lobby, on-site resident manager, landscaped community courtyard, fitness room, community and computer room, bicycle storage room and on-site laundry facility. In addition, residents can access a commercial strip. schools and St. James within walking distance.

This project was filed by developer Alan Bell of B&B Urban and building design is by MHG Architects. Above all, rent of the affordable units range from $860 to $108,900, supporting up to a household size of 6. Applicants with household incomes between $31,818-$108,900 are welcome to apply.
