A new affordable housing lottery is now open in Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. Managed by Domes Management Inc., this residential building is located at 755 Park Ave, right next to Elgin Gallary. The building will stand five-story above the ground and hold 10 dwellings, yielded 15,440 square feet.
