Sunnyside Offering 3 Affordable Units at 47-16 Greenpoint Ave

As of August 29, 2018, a new Sunnyside affordable housing lottery launched for units at 47-16 Greenpoint Ave.

Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before September 20, 2018.

The lottery is open for 3-affordable housing units in a new Sunnyside development. The project should be complete soon.

The development”Sunnyside Point” is a four story building. 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom affordable apartments are available. The one bedroom affordable unit is $2,251 per month. The other two apartments are 2-bedrooms, for $2,714 per month. The building includes amenities such as an elevator and roof deck.

Eligible applicants must meet 130% AMI income requirements.
