New Affordable Housing Lottery in Woodside: 69-17 38th Ave

On September 11, 2018, a new Woodside affordable housing lottery for units at 69-17 38th Ave launched.

Eligible applicants that wish to apply for this affordable housing lottery should submit applications before October 2, 2018.

The building will offer 2 affordable units for households earning between 60 and 100 percent of the area median income. In addition to a modern tricolor exterior design, the building comes with many amenities. The units in the building building feature large living rooms and bedrooms.
